This is exactly what happened to me. I have a job coach that was brought in from the county do to some discrimination and unfairness that I felt that I was recieving on my job that wants to help me and the company to help resolve the issues. I have a friend who also has a job coach as well. However on Friday my friend and I was told to tell our job coach to stay out of the companies business and policies and just to basically get lost because the company is going to do as they please. Excuse me, but first of all job coaches are hired to help us on the job, not to mess with company policy or to destract the company. Our coach is just questioning some things do to some problems that we've been facing that arn't quite fair to us, and second, why can't the company tell the coach their self? Are they too scared. Sounds like it to me. And if they don't think I'm going to tell him what they said well they are wrong because my friend I know is going to tell his coach and I'm going to tell mine because it's just plain wrong to tell a job coach to go away when they are just doing their job trying to make it successful for us. Anyone else had this experience?

Maybe if you were a half literate individual who took this up with the company instead of bitching about it on the boards you wouldn't have these problems.

while this might be seen as attention seeking by some users of this site, what this person might be doing is sorting the problem themselves, but might want to bounce it off some of us.
